administrator-level permissions, or perform other operations that are otherwise inaccessible to a normal
Android user.
On Android, rooting can also facilitate the complete removal and replacement of the device's operating system, usually with a more recent release of its current operating system.

1) You will lose your manufacturer warranty after rooting an android.
2) You may brick/damage your android if you not follow the necessary steps properly.
3) As rooting provides root access to the various apps & program.However, the apps contain maliscious data this can also harm your Android.
